Mechanicall is a local authority protocol: one written plan (CURRENT.md), cooperative preflight, and a yes only you can give. Not a multi-tenant AI host. Not chat without a plan.

Three moves

1. See the plan — Objective, Next, Prohibited (plain file).
2. Watch a refuse — outside Next fails when preflight is consulted.
3. Your yes — models propose; only humans actualise.
